Centralized Procurement
Some companies have a centralized procurement group which is typically located at their corporate office. Our Procurement is directed and managed from a single point, encompassing targets, lines of authority, and prioritization.
Decentralized Procurement
While there is a corporate office, Procurement is managed at the operations level with some co-ordination between procurement operations. Targets, lines of authority, and prioritization tend to be controlled by the operation location rather than controlled by Corporate. Strategic savings may not be fully realized by organizations structured in this manner.

• Blanket Order
           Highlights: Repetitive purchases, simple product purchases
• No form of Competitive bid required.
           Highlights: Sole source purchases, spare parts, exceptionally reliable suppliers
• RFQ – Request for Quotation
           Highlights: well-defined scope of work, standard equipment.
• RFP- Request for Proposal
           Highlights: installations, commissioning of large types of equipment
The RFQ and RFP are the most widely used methods.

Easy Spare Part Management

With the modification in the product architecture, few spare parts become obsolete, and new ones are introduced in the market. With our knowledge of spare parts management, you can easily delete the obsolete parts and can add new ones.
